PROBLEM WITH YOUR SHIPMENT?

Was your Ritual Zero Proof damaged in shipping? That’s not cool.
Please email us within 30 days of receiving your product. Include a photo of the damage and we will gladly issue a replacement or refund.

If you aren't happy with your purchase for any reason, please email us for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt.

SHIPPING SPEED & COST

Shipping to the lower 48 states (the contiguous states) is free for orders of 2+ bottles. Shipping is charged on all orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Orders are processed by differing carriers, depending on the warehouse they are shipped from and the region for which they are destined.

We ship most orders within two (2) business days after the order has been placed. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday only. We do our best to notify Customers if product shipping delays are in effect. Orders received after 1:00 PM ET will be shipped the following business day. Most of our warehouses do not ship during the holidays.
