1 cup water
2 tea bags (or 1 1/2 teaspoons tea leaves)
1 cup granulated sugar
Bring the water to the usual steeping temperature for the type of tea you’re using. Steep the tea for the usual amount of time. Remove the tea and add the sugar, stirring to dissolve. Allow to cool completely before using. Will keep, refrigerated in an airtight container, for up to 2 weeks.
