3 ripe passion fruits
⅓ cup white sugar
⅓ cup boiling water
Wash and cut passion fruits.Scoop out the seeds.Blend the seeds.Strain to remove pulp and seed bits.Add water to a small pot on low heat.Add sugar and stir until everything dissolves.Remove from heat and allow to cool for five minutes.Stir in strained passion fruit juice while the syrup is still warm. Refrigerate immediately or serve cold.
