1 1/2 oz. Ritual Gin Alternative
1 oz. Ritual Aperitif Alternative
2 oz. fresh grapefruit juice
Sparkling Water
Combine all ingredients but sparkling water in a shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Pour into a fresh glass with ice and top with sparkling water.
